These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to moanasandyglow.com (the "Service") operated by Moana Sandy Glow Limited ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) Social casino / virtual currency disclosure

• The Service offers social casino-style gameplay using virtual coins/credits.
• Virtual coins are not real money, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, or exchanged for cash or anything of real-world value.
• No real-money gambling is offered and no prizes of real-world value are awarded.

6) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or to protect the Service. Virtual currency/items may be forfeited where permitted by law.

7) Disclaimers and limitation of liability (NZ)

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of virtual currency/items. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 where applicable.

8) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first to resolve concerns. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
